The Space
Built Like a Boutique Hotel
Beach Nuts is a two bedroom rental on 30A, sleeps six (king, queen, two twin bunks), positioned as a boutique hotel rather than a vacation condo. Byredo Bal d'Afrique in the baths. Mongolian lamb on the bunks. Slim Aarons throughout. Every choice answers the same question: what would make a guest never want to leave.
Beach Nuts occupies the entire front facing second floor. The private covered balcony runs the full width of the unit, south facing, with sweeping views over the Prominence neighborhood. On 30A, where afternoon storms roll in daily from June through September, this is the room where the evening keeps going. Sheltered, lit, quiet.
The Prominence community pool sits a two minute walk away. Close enough for guests to use daily. Far enough that the balcony stays quiet.
Mornings here have a particular quality. Espresso, double, and lungo capsules in the Nespresso Vertuo, milk frother, full beverage station. The balcony faces southeast. The light at eight is something else. There is no reason to leave for coffee.
Blackout Everywhere
Blackout drapes and shades on every window, including directly above the bed. Sleeping in is the point, not the exception.
The Morning Ritual
Curated capsules, milk frother, full beverage station. The balcony faces southeast. The light at eight is something else.
Boutique Bath Program
A full scent program in every bathroom. Marble shower and double vanity in the Primary Bath. 600 thread count Egyptian cotton throughout.
Pool Access, No Pool Noise
The Prominence community pool, a two minute walk away. Close enough to use daily. Far enough that the balcony stays quiet.
Private Covered Balcony

The Fleet
Six passenger Denago golf cart, lifted, with custom seats and an LED light bar. Four 30A cruiser bikes, paddleboard, bodyboard, beach chairs.
