Your stay at Beach Nuts includes a street-legal golf cart — the best way to explore 30A. Before you take the keys, all drivers must complete a quick online agreement and authorize a refundable security deposit. It only takes a few minutes.

Drivers must be 25 or older with a valid license and active auto insurance. Complete the secure online agreement — includes identity verification, proof of insurance upload, digital signature, and a $500 fully refundable security deposit authorization.

House Rules & Policies

We want every guest to have an exceptional experience. These simple guidelines keep Beach Nuts perfect for everyone who visits.

🚭 No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and on all covered outdoor areas. Violation will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

🐾 Pets

We love animals! Please contact your host in advance to discuss pet accommodations. Unauthorized pets may incur additional fees.

🕙 Check-In / Out

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.

🔑 Keyless Entry

Your door code will be sent 24 hours before arrival. Do not share the code. It expires automatically at checkout.

🛻 Golf Cart Use

Drivers must be 25+ with a valid license. All drivers must complete the Golf Cart Agreement before operating the cart.

🏖 Beach Access

Prominence provides community beach access. Please follow all posted county beach rules and leave no trace.
